Flounder in Mustard Sauce with Salad

Ingredients (for 2 people):

flounder fillets  •  lemon juice  •  low fat cream cheese  •  butter (unsalted)  •  white wine  •  chicken broth  •  cream  •  capers  •  mustard  •  dill  •  head of lettuce (e.g. green leaf lettuce)  •  walnut oil  •  balsamic vinegar  •  bulgur

Wash flounder fillets and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread cream cheese onto the fillets, roll them together and pin them with toothpicks. Melt butter with wine, chicken broth, cream and capers in a pan and add the 'fish rolls'. Cook them with closed lid and low heat for about 10 minutes. Take the fish out of the pan and keep warm. Mix mustard in the sauce and season with salt, pepper and dill. Wash lettuce and prepare dressing from water, oil, vinegar and herbs if desired. Serve with bulgur, cooked per instructions.
