PB & J Shake
Ingredients (for 1 person):
Almased • unsweetened vanilla almond milk • peanut butter powder • strawberry extract
1 portion contains 250 cal • 6 fat
This recipe can be made into a smoothie or smoothie bowl. The choice is yours!
To a blender, all the liquid ingredients first, then the dry ingredients. Afterward, blend for a few seconds, then pour into a glass and enjoy!
If you're on phase 2 of the Almased Diet, you can turn your PB&J into a smoothie bowl. Pour your PB&J shake into a bowl and add healthy toppings, like nuts, goji berries, pumpkin or flax seeds...etc.
